We kept it in great shape the entire time but the owner did not give us back our full deposit. We reached out to Maryanne for help and she wouldn't even call the owner to help. She is clueless and not helpful at all....

Unfortunately this Tenant is upset with the Landlord. I have text from his wife thanking me for reaching out to the Landlord to discuss this matter. The Realtor does not hold the security and does not do final walk thrus. Throughout their rental I helped them with a few small issues. Once again, not my job. They never reached out to their own Realtor so why would they feel I would be responsible and not their own Realtor or the Landlord.
